Family Narrative

This is a personal narrative on the account of Jalen's Uncle.

MAIN WITNESSES 

 

FEBRUARY 13, 2023


PCC

We arrived in the town of Livingston, Montana approximately 5:45pm-6:30pm, the first stop in town was at the city office where the investigators office was located. At the time no one in that department was available for no longer than 30 mins, so I walked around their entire city building during that waiting period. I was greeted by a deputy with a glass of water, and shortly after my sister and I were met by the lead investigator (PCC). He calmly invited us into a sub office in the city building.

After greetings, the initial statement PCC made to us was,


 “JALEN WAS FOUND IN AN OPEN FIELD 3 ½ MILES AWAY FROM HIS RESIDENCE WITHOUT ANY CLOTHES ON INCLUDING ANY SHOES, and THAT HE DIDN’T HAVE ANY SIGNS OF TRAUMA OR THAT THEY DIDN’T DETECT NO SIGNS OF FOUL PLAY. THERE WAS NO TRAIL OF CLOTHES FOUND.”


PCC continued to tell us about how brutal the elements can be for a person to be exposed in that manner. PCC goes on to explain the effects of hypothermia and what was to happen to a person who wanders out in that environment for that period of time. 


PCC said he was told by a witness that 


“JALEN WAS LAST SEEN AROUND 12:30am Friday morning by his roommate LOVE (which has proven to be an alias), LOVE stated to PCC that  “JALEN WAS LAST SEEN BY HER COMBING HIS HAIR IN THE MIRROR AND THEY JOKED ABOUT HIS THINNING HAIR AND THAT WAS THE LAST TIME SHE HAD SEEN HIM ALIVE.”


PCC also goes to say that the witness explain to him that “JALEN HAS PSYCHOTIC EPISODES AND THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY A PERSON WOULD PUT THEIR SELF THROUGH THESE CONDITIONS.”

PCC continues on by stating what his findings are and what he believes to be true.

PCC stated with the information that has been collected in this case he can conclude this was an isolated incident and that there was no criminal activity, that there are no signs of foul play, and that other findings are to come back in a toxicology report.

   My sister and I were not initially able to view the remains of JALEN. PCC informed us that Jalen's body was returning from the state’s head examiner’s office which is located in the city of Billings Montana and that we will be able to see him once the funeral home received his body and prepared him for viewing.

  

LOVE 

   On February 14th 2023 around 9 AM my sister was in contact with the female who goes by the name LOVE (can prove to have many alias).

She appears to be Caucasian and possibly native mixed in ethnicity, stand about 4’11” weighting about 120lbs ( can provide pictures), and she appears to be in her mid 30’s.

    LOVE was known to have been in contact and the last person to have seen JALEN alive in any report. It is also believe JALEN and LOVE was in a sexual relationship and that the both of them embarked on creating a cleaning business together. (PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP AND CREATION OF BUSINESS) Which JALEN was having second thoughts about continuing this venture with LOVE.

   Lilonda ( JALENS mother), received a call around 9:15 on February 14, 2023 giving Lilonda the ok to come to the residence where she and JALEN reside to collect the rest of his belongings. While being recorded LOVE volunteered to take Lilonda on a path that was common for JALEN to take a walk.

   We ended up taking a short drive in separate cars to the other side of the pond located near their residence. After arriving at the location LOVE, I’m a recording Love can be seen and heard giving contradicting statements from the statements she told to lead investigator PCC. LOVE statement was “ JALEN left her house between the hours of 3:00am -4:00am February 10, 2023, to walk her dog who goes by the name of shadow.” LOVE also stated that “ she knows for a fact that Jalen left her house fully clothed and that it wouldn’t be uncommon to see people jogging or walking through the park at that time of the morning. She goes on to say  the person she claims to have seen jalen walking at 5:00 AM and said they had to saw Jalen walking around 5:00 am. Love Continues with the statement that she haven’t talked to the person she claims to have seen jalen walking at 5:00 AM and said she had no knowledge of the person who had made that statement or if that person had spoken to any law enforcement at that time.

   The time was around 9:30 AM Tuesday February 14th 2023 Love stated that she did not share this information with any law enforcement even after she had learned of new developing information

   In the recording Love suggested that we hop in the vehicles to depart from that location. Before leaving Lilonda rode in the truck with LOVE abs I entered our vehicle. Lilonda stated that while in the vehicle, they went into more depth and in detail of what could have happened to her son.

   While trailing LOVES vehicle while still occupied with Lilonda, Love proceeded to show us the location where Jalen’s body was found near a hospital in an open field “NAKED”, and then we proceeded to return to LOVES residence.

 

We arrive back at Loves residence approximately 10:18 AM, after waiting in our cars for about 10 minutes we proceeded to enter the residence. While Lilonda and I was in the residence continuing conversations with love, my nephew Jason JALEN’s elder brother came in contact with the neighbor in which turned out to be Loves  landlord. During that time Jason briefly conversated with a Caucasian male that stands about 5’11 weighing around 260-300 lbs, he goes by the name of Bob, and Bob shared some important information with facts relating to the events that are in questioned.

 

Every statement in this narrative can be proven to be true and back up with physical evidence
